At first the order got stuck at customs and I contacted customer support and they were very kind even though I made a mistake by putting them at fault for my order not arriving. With their help, I was able to get my package and it is very nice !!

Reading shipping & shop policies is advised before purchase is made.
In-stock orders usually ship out the Thursday after you place your order.
If your order has both in-stock and pre-order items, we'll send everything together once it's all ready.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
We can't cover packages that get lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping.
If something goes wrong, we're happy to help you file a claim with the postal service, but we can't guarantee any specific outcome or compensation.
International Orders & Customs
Heads up - you're responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or extra fees that pop up after we ship.
International packages can get held up in customs or transit, which is totally out of our hands.
Check your tracking number to see if you need to pay a customs fee.
If you don't pay customs, your package will get sent back to us, and you'll need to cover shipping again plus an extra fee for us to resend it.
We don't accept returns, refunds, or exchanges - except if a pre-order doesn't get successfully funded.
Orders can't be cancelled once placed (unless mentioned above).
Pre-order Terms
Pre-orders take about 4–6 weeks to manufacture after the pre-order period closes (shipping time not included).
After production, give us about 1 week to receive everything, then up to 2 more weeks to package and ship your order.
Once you place a pre-order, we can't offer refunds or cancellations.
If you're not comfortable with pre-order wait times, we totally get it - feel free to wait until items are back in stock!
A Quick Note on Chargebacks
Please reach out to us first if there's ever an issue! Filing a chargeback on a pre-order will result in a permanent ban from the shop, and we'd really hate for that to happen.
