A GRADE - These are the best of the batch! There may be tiny imperfections, but it is nothing noticeable. These items are in amazing condition.

B GRADE - These have very minor, almost undetectable flaws such as some scratches or scruffs, but it’s nothing noticeable!

C GRADE - These have the more noticeable flaws such as bigger scuffs and scratches etc. Defects will be more noticeable but they do not distract from the overall design.

Why grade certain products? -

Occasionally, some batches from the manufacturer don't fully meet my high standards (B & C grades).

Rather than letting them go to waste, I offer these pieces at a discounted price, many customers appreciate the savings and are happy to give them a home.

I’m always upfront about item condition so no one’s caught off guard, especially those sensitive to small imperfections.

That said, B grades usually have barely noticeable flaws. I'm a perfectionist, so I grade strictly, most people can’t even tell the difference :)
