1. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, except in the case of a pre-order that is not successfully funded.

Orders cannot be cancelled unless otherwise stated above.

2. Order Processing

In-stock orders are typically dispatched the following Thursday after purchase.

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together once all items are available.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

We may assist in opening an investigation with the postal service, but we are not liable for outcomes or compensation.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged after shipment.

International shipments may experience customs or transit delays that are outside of our control.

Please check your tracking number to check if you need to pay a customs fee.

Failure to pay customs will result in your parcel being sent back to us. In this scenario, you will have to pay for shipping once again and an extra fee for us to send it back to you. 

6. Pre-order Terms

Pre-order manufacturing takes approximately 4–6 weeks once pre-order period ends (excludes shipping time).

Following production, please allow up to 1 week for items to arrive to us and up to 2 additional weeks for packaging and dispatch.

Refunds or cancellations are not accepted after a pre-order has been placed.

Initiating a chargeback on a pre-order will result in a permanent ban from future purchases.

Customers uncomfortable with pre-order timelines are advised to wait until items are available in stock.
