Group Order Rules

Rules for holding a group order -

• Group order should be open for 4 weeks MAX. 1-2 weeks is advised
• GOM must collect payments from joiners 2 weeks MAX after closing go. 1 week is advised.
• No specific slots for in-stock items can be reserved for a group order.
• There's no minimum quantity required.
• Joiners are 100% responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Shining Pins is not responsible for any additional costs or delays due to customs.
• Joiners are 100% responsible for payment. this will not be covered in advance by the GOM.
• Group order manager is 100% responsible for getting items to joiners once they are in their hands. Any failure to send items to joiners (which isn't the fault of postal services) will result in blacklisting from my shop. Of course it is understandable that you need time to organise items and packages to joiners.
• Transparency in all stages of GO is required for myself and joiners. Please don’t hold a group order if you don’t have the time for it or aren't in the correct mental state to handle other peoples goods / money / be punctual.
• Opting for tracked shipping is advised.
